Required E-mail Changes.
Due to some major issues with spam senders, we have been forced to make a few changes regarding our E-mail server.
If you are having trouble with sending E-mail, you will need to enable Outbound mail authentication.
Instructions in doing this can be found under the Support Heading.
Also, we would ask that passwords be changed every so often on the mail server.
this can be done via the Web mail Interface. we also ask that you create a strong password, with at least 8 characters, and at least one of them being a number. this will prevent anyone from hacking into your account.
I will post detailed instructions on doing this as time permits, but feel free to log on and check it out. there are several setting you can change there related to spam that may be beneficial to you.
